Building the groundwork for health

The foundation of my work is in the tradition of Swedish massage and a craniosacral understanding of the human organism. Sessions may incorporate techniques such as deep tissue work, scar tissue treatment, mobilization, and athletic support, and craniosacral techniques for nerves, bones, and fascia or other soft tissue systems.

My approach involves listening to the client and their body, first and foremost. I believe that we are rarely given the space and safety to be truly heard without judgement or agenda, and that when we are given this space, incredible healing can begin to take place. I intend to utilize the power of the nervous system and to facilitate deep, precise work while cultivating a state of relaxation.

I focus my attention towards addressing musculoskeletal imbalances, following movement patterns and limitations, maximizing physicality and promoting self-awareness.

  • 60 min - 3 sessions for $270 (save $10/session)

    60 min - 5 sessions for $425 (save $15/session)

    90 min - 3 sessions for $375 (save $10/session)

  • 90 min - 4 sessions for $480 (save $15/session)

    120 min - 3 sessions for $480 (save $10/session)

    120 min - 4 sessions for $620 (save $15/session)

I provide a limited number of slots for sliding scale discounts ranging from 50-80% of the full cost of sessions. Email Meg for more information if you are interested in this sliding scale option.

I do not accept insurance at this time but I can provide proper documentation for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement upon request.

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-show is subject to a charge of the full session price.
